Once an order is shipped, EarthFlow Clothing cannot modify the delivery address.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery time: 12–26 business days, depending on stock availability and destination.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a redelivery fee.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 20 days of purchase, provided the item is:
Unworn and unwashed
In its original condition and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at admin@earthflow.online with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Please note:
Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing admin@earthflow.online.
After this period, the order may already be processed by Amazon and cannot be cancelled.

Loss or damage during transit once the item has been handed over to Amazon Fulfillment.
