Returns
We accept returns for items that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To start a return, please contact us at admin@earthflow.online with your order details.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and address.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
- We recommend using a trackable postage service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We can offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
Please mention this when requesting your return.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Intimate or hygiene-related products (such as underwear)
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund as soon as possible.
